At Eliza Park SRS we ensure your needs are being met
Consisting of 43 Beds, Eliza Park has a sociable mixture of single as well as shared rooms. In addition to rooms with attached en-suites,
Eliza park has three separate showers inclusive of one designed for wheel chair access and also five separate lavatories inclusive of one for wheel chair access.
Five exterior seating areas ensure a choice of non smoking or designated smoking areas as well as covered or uncovered.
2 airconditioned lounge areas with recliners & large screen TVs, Bird Avairies, Table Tennis Table, Pool Table, Instruments, Foxtel, 2 internet connected Computers for public use, Water Features, Large garden areas and Vegetable Gardens all add to the ambience of Eliza Parks surroundings.

Activity.
Eliza Park may only be a short walk from public transport and the local shopping village but we are always striving for more in the activities offered to our residents with Weekly bus outings, Local Mount Eliza Community outing group, In-house fortnightly singalong muscian, Weekend in-house Activities Coordinator, Church services and the possibility to link in with other external planned activity groups where appropriate.

Nutrition.
All meals are home cooked onsite by our fully qualified and trained cooks. Residents are served three main meals a day consisting of breakfast, lunch and an evening meal. In between residents have access to morning tea, afternoon tea and supper accompanied by fresh cakes, fruit or biscuits.
Eliza park SRS caters for all nutritional needs inclusive of vegetarians, diabetics, lactose -gluten intolerance and clients with allergies.

Support.
Onsite Personal Care staff (PCA) can prompt or assist with personal hygeine where required. Both PCA's and laundry services ensure all linen & personal laundry is laundered and changed when required. Overnight staff ensures continuity of care 24 hours a day. An onsite Personal Support Coordinator (P.S.C) maintains care planning documentation as well as medical appointments for residents ensuring individual needs are being met while the Manager overseas everything and attends to all areas as required.
Medical.
Medications are supplied by our designated Pharmacy, who Blister Pack and deliver to us on a weekly basis. A local visiting G.P. facilitates a clinic every second Thursday onsite which ensures all reviews and health concerns are attended to regularly. A DIV 1 accompanies the G.P. for additional support and management of appointments. Alongside this service all residents are linked into the Peninsula Health - M.I. Health programme who provide, dental, optical, hearing and podiatry at no cost to all residents registered.
